Cliff Diving Workshop

1. Introduction of ourselves/participants&expectations/safety regulations and mental preparation

2. warm-up: – stretch and focus: Yoga with Kris- Getting dynamic: Muscle work with Michal – withstand the impact: stabilization&specific physical preparation with Anna 15min each – 45min total

3. Water 60min: participants divided into three groups, depending on their level/need/interests. Basics technique (feet first/head first/Barani) with Anna/ Journey to Handstand Jumps with Michal/Twist it like a Boss with Kris
4. 30min coaching individual dives participants would like to improve or learn
